Bu kesi sayesinde cerrah, burun yap\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 daha net bir \u015fekilde g\u00f6rerek m\u00fcdahale edebilir. \u00d6zellikle karma\u015f\u0131k burun deformitelerinde veya revizyon ameliyatlar\u0131nda tercih edilir.<br \/><br \/><\/li><li><strong>Kapal\u0131 Rinoplasti:<\/strong> Kapal\u0131 rinoplasti y\u00f6nteminde, t\u00fcm kesiler burun deliklerinin i\u00e7 k\u0131sm\u0131ndan yap\u0131l\u0131r. Bu teknik, daha az invazivdir ve ameliyat sonras\u0131 iz kalmaz. Genellikle daha basit burun esteti\u011fi i\u015flemlerinde tercih edilir.<br \/><br \/><\/li><\/ul><p>Ameliyat s\u0131ras\u0131nda, burun kemi\u011fi, k\u0131k\u0131rdak ve yumu\u015fak dokular yeniden \u015fekillendirilir. E\u011fer burun i\u00e7inde nefes almay\u0131 engelleyen bir problem varsa (\u00f6rne\u011fin deviasyon), bu da ameliyat s\u0131ras\u0131nda d\u00fczeltilir. Rinoplasti genellikle genel anestezi alt\u0131nda yap\u0131l\u0131r ve i\u015flem s\u00fcresi 1-3 saat aras\u0131nda de\u011fi\u015fir.
